Return & Refund Policy

At Heather Bennett Contemporary Beadwork, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we ask that customers review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
with your order number and reason for the return.
Items must be:
- Returned in original condition
- Unworn and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or commissioned work
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged through normal wear, improper storage, or accidental damage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Repairs
Because beadwork is delicate handcrafted art, repairs may occasionally be possible depending on the nature of the damage and material availability.
If you need a repair, please contact us and include photos of the piece.
